The Inn at Creek Street

10/10 Excellent

"This was a very unique, in a good way, property. First, it would be tough to find a better location. The property consists of several historic, smaller, buildings, all in the historic Creek Street area. The room I had was a pretty good size and well appointed. The bed was firm, but comfortable. The amenities were good quality. I do wish they had a comfortable sitting chair, there was enough room for one, and it makes a difference. That’s quite literally my only complaint. The staff were quite nice. There is shuttle service to the ferry that takes you to the airport. I was in the old New York Hotel, so there was a good restaurant in my building. That was very convenient when the weather was inclement. I would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Ketchikan."

Oceanfront Charm: King Bed, 2 Bdrm Downtown Gem, Ketchikan

10/10 Excellent

"Great location, excellent value, and a beautiful view. We really enjoyed our stay and loved being so close to Creek Street and the downtown area. The price was very reasonable for the location and the view was especially nice when there wasn’t a cruise ship in port. A few things to be aware of: the property is located on a hill. It is a very steep walk above downtown area, so it may not be ideal for anyone with mobility or certain health concerns. There is no dedicated parking for this unit, so if you rent a car, you’ll need to rely on street parking. There is also no dishwasher, and the laundry facilities are shared.Overall, we had a great stay and felt the location, price, and view made this a very good value. Just be sure the other amenities fit your needs."
